About This Site

The Alida product suite is distributed by region. Each instance of our products is hosted in a specific regional pod. Follow the steps below to determine which pod your product instance is hosted in:

Sparq 3: To identify which region your Insight Community is hosted in, login to Sparq 3. Once logged in, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar, and you will see your pod.
Eg: na2.visioncritical.com/c/vci-ui-shell/#home

Sparq 1: To identify which region your Insight Community is hosted in, login to Sparq 1, and click ‘Community Metrics’ from the ‘Sparq Next Gen’ menu. When viewing your Health Metrics, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar, and you will see your pod.
Eg: na1.visioncritical.com/c/vci-ui-shell/#metrics

Idea Screen: All Idea Screen instances are located in the NA1 pod.

Once you have located the pod your application is hosted in, we highly recommend using the ‘Subscribe’ link above to be notified of any status changes for your product.

Identified - Hubs are currently inaccessible to admin users via Member Experience. A 404 Error is generated when trying to access Member Hubs from there. This does not seem to affect member access. Our development team has identified the root-cause of this behavior and is in the process of testing a solution. Thank you!

Investigating - Communities in EU2 are currently experiencing performance issues, e.g. session times out 30 seconds to 1 minute after signing in. We're currently investigating this behavior and working on a solution. Thanks.
